Return Policy as follows:

1. Alvertano Enterprises will not pay shipping for any returns due to any reason.

2. There will be no returns on electrical items.

3.No returns will be accepted on damaged goods due to customer not purchasing shipping insurance. If shipping insurance is purchased all claims on damaged goods must go through shipping company and their policy.

4. Returns will be accepted on manufacturers defect only after approval from manufacturer Except Electrical Items.

5. No returns will be accepted due to customer misinformation when ordering wrong part due to customer's lack of knowledge of vehicle, year, model etc.

6. Any approved returns will be also charged a restocking charge of 20% of the total sale of the order.

7. All returns will be credited to same credit card account name and number used to purchase on the same order. Account will be credited less the 20% restocking charge on total order amount.

8. There will be no returns after 30 days of order being received by customer.

9. There will be no returns on items used by consumer item must be
returned in original box unused, used items cannot be resold.

Cancellation Policy as follows:

1. All orders can be cancelled before they have been shipped however there is a 20% cancellation charge to cover bank charges and clerical office fees.

2. Any cancellation credits will be given to same credit card account name and number used to purchase on the same order. Account will be credited less the 20% cancellation charge.

3. A restocking fee of 20% of total sale will be deducted if ordered was
packaged and ready for shipment.
